This is a productivity matrix that lets you sort tasks into a mix of four categories: Important, Unimportant, Urgent, Non-urgent.

Eisenhower was the 34th president of the United States. He used this matrix to make a decision what tasks to do, what tasks to delegate and what tasks to schedule for later.

For more information on Einsenhower’s Matrix, see https://www.eisenhower.me/eisenhower-matrix/

Change the column width before you start so that the columns and rows are of consistent width and height later on.
